Our policies are designed to ensure secure, fair, and transparent transactions when buying or selling precious metals.

1. Services Provided
   Kingsway Gold buys and sells gold and silver at our Concord Vaughan location.
   All transactions are final once completed.
   We do not provide loans, pawn services, or appraisal certificates for insurance purposes.
2. Customer Responsibility
   Customers must provide valid government-issued photo ID when buying or selling precious metals.
   Items presented for sale must legally belong to the seller.
3. Transaction Policies
   All items are tested and evaluated by our trained professionals.
   Offers are based on current market prices, item weight, and purity.
   If an item does not produce standard purity readings, it may be filed, scratched, or melted to determine the accurate value.
   Kingsway Gold reserves the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.
4. Payment
   Payment is generally made in cash, unless otherwise agreed for larger transactions via cheque or wire transfer.
   Customers receive a receipt detailing the transaction.
   Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change daily.
5. Tax & Legal Compliance
   No HST is charged for individuals selling gold or silver.
   Businesses may be responsible for applicable taxes.
   All transactions are conducted in compliance with FINTRAC and federal regulations.
